Als\u00a0Ansatzgeist mit ca. 42% Alk. eine wahre Medizin und K\u00f6stlichkeit.<\/p><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><p class=\"tcrc-summary summary\">Die noch gr\u00fcnen Fr\u00fcchte werden um den Johannistag (24. Juni) geerntet.<\/p><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"tcrc-ingredient ingredient\">24 Waln\u00fcsse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tcrc-ingredient ingredient\">1 l Korn 38%, 1\/2 l Weingeist 96%<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tcrc-ingredient ingredient\">Zimtstange, Gew\u00fcrznelken, Kardamom, Sternanis, Ingwer, etwas K\u00fcmmel, Vanilleschote, Orangenscheibe<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><div class=\"tcrc-instructions instructions\"><span>N\u00fcsse waschen, vierteln und in ein mindestens 2 l gro\u00dfes Rexglas geben.<\/span><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"tcrc-instructions instructions\"><span>Gew\u00fcrze beimischen, mit dem Alkohol aufgie\u00dfen und gut verschlie\u00dfen.<\/span><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"tcrc-instructions instructions\"><span>Der Ansatz wird nun 7-8 Wochen m\u00f6glichst t\u00e4glich gesch\u00fcttelt und f\u00fcr einige Stunden an einen sonnigen Platz gestellt.<\/span><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"tcrc-instructions instructions\"><span>Zu Mari\u00e4 Himmelfahrt wird der nun braun gef\u00e4rbte Ansatz durch ein sauberes Leinentuch gefiltert.
